I have tried to update the firmware with the v 1.5 but did’t work

Please check your connections with below guide if you didn’t follow it before:
And as for the update of your printer you should go with the below sequence:
1.2.0->1.4.0 → 1.5.0 ->2.0.0 → 2.3.0 (now you would need to register the printer-> update to the latest.
I’ll send you firmware file of 1.4.0, please check you inbox.
