First layer of Z-PLA don't stick on the raft print in Z-support premium

Hi,
Long story short, I did the axe maintenance on my printer and all the calibration after that. The materiel kept sticking to the extruder so I did the extruder maintenance and the nozzle maintenance, but I still have the same problem. We tried printing without z-support and to my suprise it didn’t stick to the extruder and printed the part with no problem. The problem only occur with z-support in combination with PLA and PETG.
The picture show a test we tried with PLA.
