The problem occur on my companie 3D printer. I use it for almost a year now, trubbleshoot lots of problems but this one is the first time I saw it, the printer as 3347h of printing time.
When I try to auto calibrate my bed, the printer act like as it touch the bed but it isn’t in contact, as showen on this video.

Harware version : 4
I hope some one as the solution.
