Stunning print… the quality of this part is truly amazing !

My main concerns were the right geometry and repeatability of the parts,

and I am more and more convinced by this machine when I see your prints :slight_smile:

I think something like Taulman nylon would be better for this given the stresses imposed by the helicopter drive train. I would be worried about stripping teeth.

Very nice print though.

This gear fits the Cobra, Competitor, and Rebel. I’m not sure it is entirely correct, but it’s close.

Hoping that posting here eight years later isn’t against a rule i missed, but i would love to have the stl for this print. I searched the flagged repositories and engines but can’t find it anywhere.
