Author seems a bit too biased for my taste.
That article mention the 5k printers sold to Dell last year, but I haven't seen anything since the original press release. Did Dell actually 5,000 Zortrax printers and if they did, what are they using them for?
The only thing that shows up for 3D printers on Dell's web site are some Makerbot products.
You’d think that we would see them for sale or heard from users if it was for internal use. Not to mention the numbers don’t add; they reported total revenue of ~3.4 million. If they had sold each printer for the bargain bin price of $1k, that order would have been $5mil alone. Reeks of PR BS to me.
