So I have a feeling that my M200 is taking longer to heat up before a print. I haven't measured yet, but how long is your heating times from a cold start to print, say ABS?
Also, a lot of the times it's on 100% then goes back to 99% for a long time..

Takes 12 minutes with the latest firmware on my V1 printer for Z-ABS.
Z-PCABS takes an eternity. Hung at 99% for some time so i put a pillow on top of the printer to aid heating.
I am having a lot of problems with the print head heating up. It gets to 86% and hovers there for ages and I give up.. I have been unable to print anything for 3 weeks yet i sent it back to the supplier where it printed fine. Shame is i bought it to work here and not just at their showroom.
My son is a production engineer for Rolls Royce and he observed that ribbon cable connectors like the one conncted to the print head are not designed to be taken continually on and off.
The printer just arrived back from being repaired and i immediatel got #32 remove and replace this cable .. and it took 3 goes to get rid of the problem. If it does not get fixed on Monday its going back for a refund.
