HELP: Crashing when trying to print.

I am using 0.0.2 and the Mac software. I tried to print the Robot found on the Zortrax site and other items like the replacement parts.

Everytime the print run crashes after some part of the base is printed, really just a few lines. It just goes to the home screen with the plate at the print head.

What can I do to fix this?

Are you saving directly to the SD card? Did it pop up a window in the middle of screen giving you estimated print time or say complete before you removed the card? Might try saving to computer first then transferring to card. Just a thought.

Thank you. I saved to the desktop and then moved to the SD after the pop up that calculated the time.

Hope we can fig this out…

Any new updates?

I can not get anything to print past the first minute. Just crashes to the start LCD screen with normal options.

Please let me know.

I printed this robots on my two printers, it’s stop in two places on half second. But it was printed in 100%, tomorrow I’ll make some pictures.

We’ll try find where is the problem.
