Help me problem printing

Hello, I would like some help.
With each print the rear part of the perforated plate prints badly (see photo) I changed all these parts: extruder motor - nozzle and hotend - thermocouple - perforated plate - and the only part I didn’t have was the black extruder cable. So I changed to a black used extruder cable that I changed a few months ago.
I did the calibration of the trays but the problem is still present.

Do you have any ideas ?

Hello @Saiko,

the platform is too close to the nozzle while printing the first layers of the raft - I assume the motor sprocket wheel tends to stutter on specific places of the platform, but the print goes fine once these several layers have been completed.

I would recommend performing the platform maintenance in order to remove material residues from the heatbed, then run autocalibration. Also, you can tweak the platform-gap parameter in Z-SUITE- when you increase it by 0.10-0.15 mm, the material will not be pushed so firmly into the platform. Moreover, on the M200/M300 Plus and M300 Dual printers - it is possible to change the offset via menu.

Best regards
Karolina

Thank you very much for the reponse.
