Help printing a model

Hi

I’m looking for some help printing a model, the below are both printed on the same printer, material (Z-Hips) etc. The difference being the left face down and right face up.

Printing face down saves around 6 hours of print time, and gives better internal features which is important. This was printed with 45 degrees of support but the top finish is pretty poor on the support. Is there a way to improve this part of the print?

I am tratted by the same questions and you are the same. For the moment I get some help by my friends.
I will tell you the method when I find the thawing method.
