you havent attached the file :)
And how about some pictures? B)
Worked great for me. See attached picture.
SORRY GUYS THOUGHT I ATTACHED FILE...
I chose the file but never hit the attach button..first timer
I WILL TRY AGAIN...HERE GOES..
I would add another wall so that behind the hexagon there are 2 printed walls and it will look much nicer.
Despite the stl looking icky, I seem to have Zsuite produce a nice file despite the width of the object. It should be thicker to have a nice print.
The edges should also be sharp instead of all over the place like it is. It will still print though so I don't know what you are referring to about the fine details. Are you using support when you use zsuite or trying it without support?
thanks HC
THE SOILDWORKS FILE HAS SHARP EDGES BUT WHEN SAVED AS STL IT MUST HAVE ROUNDED EDGED.
I DIDN'T USE SUPPORTS.
HERE IS A SOLIDWORKS .X_T FILE. TO TRY ALSO.
I HAD TO SAVE THE EXTENSION AS .STL YOU NEED TO CHANGE EXTENSION BACK TO .X_T TO LOAD FILE.
