Why you need to remove it?

Rafal,

do you have more manuals? I would like to read them all :) For example I just by lucky did not ruin nozzle at day 2, because (being lucky) I heat up extruder before removing clogged nozzle.

Also can I ask for any scheduled-maintenance instructions/checks? I.E how many working hours before re-grease rails, should I clean outside of nozzle if it contain a burned filament, should I check every X hours any screws for tighting? Etc itp itd.

We just prepare support section on our website, in this place everyone will can find all manuals and documents. We also almost finish the new Quick Start which include Maintenance section etc. It should be ready after 3-4 days, we just need move all these information to PDF file.

The new maintenance manuals are a welcome addition.  Can you make the nozzle replacement instructions into a PDF file, like the hot end replacement instructions?  That makes it easier to archive the info on our local PCs or Macs.

Thanks, Mike

Mike,

it's already on the page, go to: http://support.zortrax.com/hc/en-us

Near as I can tell those links only show html pages and I was hoping to get access to PDF files, which are easier to read and print.  Elsewhere on the forum someone from Zortrax had posted a link to a PDF file for the hot end replacement instructions and I was hoping there was a PDF file for the nozzle replacement as well.

Here you go..
