After few prints its look a little bit dirty, especially from bottom side ( near nozzle ) :)

gadgetstogo - thanks for your solution :-)

the only thing I can suggest for cleaning the heating block is take a brillo pad with a little acetone and put a little elbow grease to it, I have never cleaned mine in almost year it just happens and I don’t worry about it.

Protect heater block with a piece of aluminium foil and replace it with new one when current one gets dirty.

Use a wire brush when block is hot. (brass)

Be gentle when removing the nozzle, it's more delicate than you'd think. I managed to break mine within 72 hours of receiving my M200.

Was extruder heated while you were removing it?

Yep. I wanted to make sure I wouldn’t have to fight with a solid chunk of solidified plastic. I wasn’t turning the wrench particularly hard either.

I think I may be in a similar situation. I think I sheared the brass part of the extruder head. To replace it did you have to buy the entire hothead assembly? (see link)

Or were you able to just buy the brass part?

If you are careful you may be able to remove the broken nozzle with a screw extractor of the appropriate size:

is just one example, there are plenty of others.  You want an extractor that will partially penetrate the hole in the broken nozzle.  As always, when removing the nozzle, make sure it has been heated up properly.

i took the advice from kyle, and it works great. bought a sparkplug brush, and when the extruder is still hot i`m brushing the plastic away....

me too, works great
