How to Order Discount Filament Prior to Printer Shipping?

My printer is in final testing prior to shipment, and I want to order some filament so it will arrive around the same time as the printer. I cannot get the discount filament pricing, however, without my printer serial number. What to do?

They can give you a number to access the discount price. That’s what they did for me. I ordered extra months before the printer shipped.
