Please, take a look at our Tips for printing Z-PLA Pro first.
Make sure that all requirements are met. If despite that you’re not able to print, please contact us via support form.
Reseller should replace old or bad-quality filament, isn’t it?

If material is tangled or it absorbed moisture, we will surely replace it. Client can contact Reseller or us directly in such cases.
