My connector is broken and the only solution that seems to give Marcin is that I continue to spend my money needlessly...

You may try soldering on your own what is not recommended at all

No problem, in Zortrax's defence most companies wont tell you how to fix the electronics of the devices they sell but it's often easy enough to find the info from other users.
When my connector broke off I just shorted the left two wires (these check if the bed is plugged in) and reattached the right wire as the existing contacts had broken off making soldering all 3 wires very difficult.

We are not trying to hide anything, more like trying to prevent self-repaired aka 'soldered' plates coming to our service as "JUST BROKE DOWN, LIKE THAT, I DINDU NUFFIN"
