I would like to report an issue with M300 Dual, I’m doing a lot of research for a hot end spare part in Italy, but all the reseller said that Zortrax is not selling them anymore because of internal economical crisis or so on.
I don’t know if it’s true or not, and honestly, I don’t care, I just want to buy a couple of hot end and keep them as spare parts, and I can’t find them here in Italy, so please, give me a solution as soon as possible.

It’s very reassuring that after a month nobody of the Zortrax team has answered to my message.
As I thought, I should better buy another 3D printer brand, one that guarantee the service and spare parts for his printers.
Same in Türkiye. No distributor or agent. Zortrax is loosing power in market very fast.
I had the same issue so I created a 3d model and CAD drawing of the heat block to send to any CNC manufacturer like JLCCNC to be made which I open sourced here:
The 4mm cardridge heater and 3mm Temp Sensor can be replaceable with Ultimaker types and some (de)soldering.
I am even thinking on creating a new heat break with a M6 screw so the generic 13.5x20.x9mm E3D V5 Heatsinks can be used, but that will take some more effort. Would anyone be interested in this?
