Hi. Ever since the latest z-suite update (0.0.9.5) I have noticed that (on every print- even with different settings) on the first few layers of the print ..the infill is not fusing to the edge/shell of the model..this is resulting in the shell disconnecting from the infill (see images) ..On a second note since the update..support material has been SUPER hard to remove compared to how it was previously. Is something being done to resolve these 2 issues?
First thing what is your fan setting? it looks like it is cooling to fast, do you have side doors on your printer ? try giving it less fan, and get sides on your printer you can get them on ebay hope this helps

Fan setting auto. its not cooling too fast because its very evident that the nozzle is not going close enough to the edge. Exact same issue on 2 Zortrax m200s (one v2 and one v3) with varying model prints in two different environments. I can only assume a software issue..
