I just bought a m200 and I have to print media that hold within a circuit I want to know that I have to use filament as this circuit becomes very hot
You need to define "very hot", i.e. get a thermometer probe and find out what the actual temperature inside the enclosure is. The parameter you're looking for in plastics is "heat deflection temperature":

As you can see, ABS goes up to around 100ºC, nylon and PC higher. UltraT is probably highest among Zortrax materials because it contains some PC.
Using a light color plastic or lining the inside with reflective metal foil might help. It's not a good idea to operate most electronics at much more than 60ºC ambient anyway.
