Another Polish machine, Z-Morph, has a print head that is dual extrusion with a single nozzle. I have used it and it was complete trash. That printer could hardly print with a single extruder let alone attempt a dual.

Anyway, all of these "all in one devices" are somewhat questionable for the obvious reasons.
