Is Zortrax still alive?
Z-suite isn’t working properly anymore. Can I get support?
It asks me for my login credentials every time, it doesn’t see the printer, and the automatic orientation of the part on the print bed no longer works…

since the incloud still unable to login, I guess the worst thing did happen XD

I just got my printer back, only to return to this :/. Any news?

I fear the time has come to evaluate a valid replacement

well it is possible to use 3rd party slicers, but not that easy. Maybe you know any guides?

I meant a valid printer replacement. I’m still using Z-Suite 3.6.0.0, with all its current problems…

Are you able to export files as zprojx and not zprojx2 only?

I don’t understand, I only have *.zcodex2 in export

Yeah I meant zcodex2. So as you know(for some reason) it is not possible to edit those zcodex2 files and you can’t create new zprojx files.
I came with a workaround - open older(well any not important) zprojx file, import your new stl(or whatever type of) file and delete the previous object. That way you can slice again even after closing the file. Can be repeated without limits by copying zprojx file - can use slicer like before. When you want to confirm changes, hold ctrl + s instead of exporting. unless you want extra file
