I have 2 heads for my Inventure (original and new version for use with flexible filament) and both seem to have developed an issue with feeding the filament. The feed motor makes a ‘dull clunking’ sound and does not appear to be moving the toothed drive gear. I had some clogging problems from using the original support material. The head has been disassembled an cleaned so the filament path is clear. I could not tear apart the actual feed housing. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Can you provide a video showing a problem with feeding the filament? it seems you already disassembled the extruder - I undersand there is no obstacle in the hotend module. Have you tried loading the material without the nozzle?
