It seems like the Zortrax OS is gone and my M200+ is booting in another OS

When I start the printer it appears to boot in another OS. It doesn’t boot in the Zortrax software. It begins with the Zortrx logo and opens in a new OS.

please, contact us via support form. Sadly, the Android PCB needs to be either flashed, or replaced. We will provide more information once you contact us.
