Just a message to say thanks to Filip Kowal ( Z-Team Technical Specialist) who knew how to help out to me very quickly for my problem on the machine.
We often speak things which do not work and maybe fewer of those who work well. Well, for me the support Zortrax works well !
I have also same opinion about Zortrax support. I spoke with Aleksander, he answered on all my questions. I think Zortrax have a very smart people with the vast knowledge. Unfortunately, I can not say a single good word about pp3d (UP!), they left me alone with a damaged printer which I ordered from them.
