The URL to Z-Suite 1.6 for Windows is wrong, it points to the OSX Version. Because Zortrax maintains a filename pattern i managed to imply the URL:

Awesome.
Hopefully they sorted the Z-axis.. testing now, will update
Is there also by any chance a new firmware ?
You are the best!
And they kinda dropped the ball on this one.
Well, it does not run, neither in windows 7 nor on XP. Is there any chance to have the old 1.5.xx again?
regards
Andi

It seems to load and run here OK on Win 7 Pro. I haven't actually sliced and printed anything yet, though.
i also use win 7 pro and it runs. maybe ur missing some .NET stuff
As i have mentioned before regarding previous version/s of Z-Suite - the Z-Axis is still way off in the new Z-Suite V1.6.0
Made a test print that has the dimensions of 10mm x 10mm x 100mm which was made in CAD and also shows same dimensions in Z-suite but when a print is finished the z axis is off by almost 1.20mm !! where as Z-suite v1.4.1 prints the part perfect.
Please see this video to clearly show you the issue: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Uid2ZHaeEE&feature=youtu.be
Marcin (Management at Zortrax) knew of this issue but it seems the issue was not fixed. please see a previous post: http://forum.zortrax.com/index.php?/topic/2592-z-firmware-v102-z-axis-issue-has-come-back-from-the-dead/#entry28657

When they migrated to a unified version of M200 on 1.5 I wondered how did they overcome that issue and it seems on two updates they have failed to do it.
Such a shame to have a great printer failing in such a basic task.
Link is fixed.
As for the dimension, we are looking for source of the problem.
Sorry Marcin, but Z-axis error is not something what came up now. You (Zortrax) shouldn't release any new versions of Z-Suite without repair such BIG bug. This should be high priority in developing, and should be released in short time. It's over 3 months form releasing bugged 1.5 and 1.5.1 versions and 2 months form releasing 1.5.2 version, and you now release 1.6.0 version without this critical fix!!!
