Loading does not end after 99% of filament loading, and the message “Loading failed. Try again” is continuously repeated.

Is the newest firmware version installed? If yes - please try installing a previous one. If this does not work - there might be a problem with the encoder. Set “ignore hotend material jam” in the menu and check if this does the trick.
