Lower extruder fan 100% all the time

Hi, I have just replaced my lower extruder fan and extruder PCB due to them both failing. Everything works fine and I can print ok, but the lower extruder fan is on 100% all the time. Even when I go to maintenance in the menu and try and disable it, it stays on.

Does anybody have any advice on what the solution could be?

I am also struggling with this issue. Have not found solution.
