Hi,

We have just released a new firmware for Zortrax M Series Plus. Full changelog is available below:

  • Stability improvements related to monitoring of temperatures.

You can update your firmware via Wi-Fi/Ethernet or via USB stick ( download here ).

After updating my M300 plus to 2.1.4, I have been having the screen go black randomly and stopping the job midway. This has happened around 6-8 times for the past week. This never happened before this update. Has anyone else seen this issue?

Hi,

Please, remove the bottom plate and make sure the cables are firmly plugged into the motherboard and Android PCB. Also, make sure the screw securing the LCD transfer board on the motherboard is tight.

Also, I would not say the issue is firmware-related. However, you may install some previous version and check if the problem still persists.
