M200 - Auto Calibration Problem with Hotendv2

I had the same problem of Daniele: http://forum.zortrax.com/index.php?/topic/2215-m200-auto-calibration-problem-with-hotendv2/#entry25757

But i'm a little disappointed.

2000 € for a machine two years a lot and until today this kind of problem ?

I think that Zortrax would solve this shit problem rather than sell 60 spool and donate a M200 ...

This is only my opinion. My printer is two month old ... it's a v4 with hotend v2 ... so the last one ...

I solved it with and external wire from the hotend to the connector over the extruder but ... because the chinese guy that mount my machine don't do this ? It's a wire, 0,20$.

And can i repair my plate with some pond soldered ? Is this insane or can work ?

I'm going through the same problem after upgrading to the hotend V2, so I decided to re-install my V1 hotend, but now I'm going through the same problem with the old one. my printer was working fine before I upgraded. I assumed upgrading to the newer version was going to be hassle free...

does this mean I should get a new build plate? any way to solve this without the jerry rigged solution that was mentioned here?

I'm scared that the autocalibration has bent the rods on my printer, is it possible?

I'll appreciate any help!

The Linear rods should be fine, I have placed a quite a bit of pressure on them and not had any problems in the past.I have not heard of a Zortrax placing enough pressure in raising the build plate to cause any more harm other then destroying build plates and hotends.
