We’re having an issue with our m200+ where it will stop mid print with the “power blackout” error message. The problem is, there was no blackout. We don’t think it’s the outlet the printer is connected to. Does anyone know what else to check on the printer that might be causing it to think the power is failing?
You should test power unit if is running good or if it has some sort of voltage drop
Sorry, just now saw this reply. How do you test this? The first thing that comes to mind is some sort of multimeter test like on a car battery.

you should put a cam pointing to the display so you can check video and see if there has been a voltage drop
