Dear Zortrax Support,
I am writing to urgently request the purchase of a motherboard for my Zortrax M200 3D printer. I have been experiencing an issue with the extruder motor’s wheel not rotating, preventing filament from being fed in or discharged.
I have conducted extensive troubleshooting, including:
- Testing the motor on another M200 printer, where it functioned correctly.
- Checking the extruder cable and extruder PCB, both of which are in working order.
Based on these tests, I believe the issue lies with the motherboard. I am eager to replace it and continue diagnosing the problem to get my printer operational again.
I understand the motherboard is a service part and can only be purchased through the support form. I have completed the form multiple times without receiving a response. I am hoping this email will expedite my request.
Please assist me with purchasing the motherboard as soon as possible.
