I have a 2 years old M200 Plus that won’t start.
When I turn it on the screen will freeze, sometimes it looks like it’s trying to reboot but the result is always the same: screen freezes and it won’t start.
It started to have this problem a long ago, but after a couple of reboots it would always start, but now it looks like it’s never gonna start again.
I ve tried to update the firmware but it doesn’t even get to the point reading the file on the usb stick. What should I do? Change the motherboard?

we are glad to hear that our troubleshooting manual helped you resolve the problem. Also, a USB or Wi-Fi dongle might be causing a short-circuit, so it is worth turning the printer on with these components removed to check if there is any improvement.
