We have M200 Plus that, unfortunately, had a little bit of fire above extruder and burnt some things. I managed to replace/repair damaged parts, but printer cannot boot - Error 22 - Unable to determine bootloader version. I believe that motherboard is damaged, since one chip (large one right under Debug pins) gets really hot instantly when turned on. Is it possible to order a replacement motherboard? If yes, how much would it cost? Or maybe I can try replacing that chip myself if possible?
I tried writing to support email and filling out support form, but didn’t get response.
You can definitely purchase a motherboard. Keep in mind that power surges may have damaged other components, so it’s best to send the printer to a service center. Replacing the motherboard doesn’t always solve the issue for the reason mentioned above.
However, if you feel confident in diagnosing the issue and replacing the motherboard yourself, you can purchase the component separately. Please contact support at support@zortrax.com.
