M200 Plus Network Connection

I purchased my M200 Plus late May 2019 and have never been able to connect it to the network. First tried WiFi and then installed ethernet cable. I was never able to connect and get establish a network address. I had numerous contacts with Zortrax via email and eventually returned the printer to where I purchased it. They worked with Zortrax support and had to reinstall firmware to a very early edition and was assured it was working okay. It still does not connect to the network, however, I do get a IP adddress now. The printer shows up in Zsuite now but always shows it is offline. I cannot make it show on-line. How do I get the printer connected and functioning on the network.

Would you be able to make a hotspot from your phone and see if you are able to connect to the network then?

The printer was unable to establish connection. I’ve tried wifi and ethernet with the printer 6 feet from the router. It always shows that it is offline.
