M200 Plus wont Start

We have just purchased an M200 plius and after unboxing and plugging in the internal light goes green and then goes off befrore flashing red. There is also no display on the screen. Can anyone help?

I am terribly sorry to hear that. If you purchased the device from our official reseller - you can always contact them for further assistance. Also, I would recommend checking the connections first as indicated in the manual - some wire might have got loose during transportation. If the machine still does not work - please, contact us via support form and we will definitely provide you with further help.
