M300 Dual Camera connection issue

I have a slightly different error when clicking Z-Suite’s “Camera Preview” button. A pop-up box says, “There was a problem with the camera preview in your printer.”

I have M300 Dual, Z-suite 3.5.0. The newest version of Firmware on M300 dual.

Any idea what I can do to troubleshoot?

I am on Mac OS 14.7.1

Hi, I have the same issue, M300dual, latest firmware (2.6.15), latest Z-Suite (3.6.1.0), bur whet I try to access to the camera in the box (in cloud and Z-Suite) there is the message “initialisation …60s” After 60 seconds nothing happened and in the box there is “refresh”
I change the camera and the camera card, and I allow on the router the TCU/UPD ports 8001, 8002 and 8086, but nothging change.
Can you help me?

I speak with Zortrax support. Hw works correctly because without incloud Cera works correctly.
With incloud don’t works, Zortrax tell ho me that is a Zortrax issue…

Great, I know most functions generally work better on LAN than with the cloud. I’ve seen these issues, but I hope they’ll be fixed soon.
