I’m working on M300 Dual since 5 days and since beginning we have an issue with camera connection from Z-SUITE. While I’m trying to connect then in frame appears an information: Connecting… after several seconds frame disappear and nothing is happened.
I assume you have the newest Z-SUITE and firmware installed. Are you unable to access the camera both via WiFi and Ethernet? Apart from that - is the Internet connection with the printer stable (when it comes to sending files etc.)?
Z-SUITE and Firmware are the latest. Connection is stable I can review the files on printer, but while I’m trying to review the progress of print or check if the printer is empty before start printing I can’t connect. Issue is the same on WiFi as on LAN. We’ve checked that on other PC and the result is the same.

After update the firmware to 2.2.0 it is worst. Camera is not streaming all the time, it’s stops after several seconds. This issue is related to Z-SIUTE 2.13.0.0 Beta and to the previous 2.12.0.

After updating to FW 2.5.6 in printer I lost camera connection. get the error message " there was a problem with the camera preview in your printer"
It is on the same network as my computer
I use Z-suite beta 2.19.1.0
It has worked fine before. Any suggestion?
Can you revert to previous firmware version to check if the camera will start working again, please? How about inCloud - does the camera preview work there?
Camera works in inCloud I just checked. It does not work in Z-suite Beta. I get the message "Another user is currently displaying the camera preview. Try again later.
I guess since I added the printer to InCloud it occupies the camera?
It would have been good to access directly from Z-suite though…
Anyway obviously the camera works fine and I can access it from InCloud.
I spoke with our specialists. There is a bug in 2.19.1 which should be fixed in the next update. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. Also, yes - you cannot access the camera both via Z-SUITE and inCloud at the same time. However, once you quit inCloud - the preview in Z-SUITE should be back after the moment.
