I have a problem with my M300 Plus. The machine displays temperature error # 204 when printing starts. I replaced the thermocoplue and the heater but the error still appears. The installed firmware is 2.2.3. Can anyone offer me a solution?

Is #204 or #2:4 error message displayed on the screen? Please, double-check that as the error #204 indicates there is still an older firmware version (below 2.0.0) installed. Also, this message would suggest Z endstop failure.
As for #2:4 error - apart from the heater&thermocouple, the extruder cable and PCB might also be responsible for the experienced problem. Please, double-check the connections or swap the components.

I found the cut ground son. after restoration it works.
