M300 firmware evolution request

Hello,

I use a M300 plus that sometime slips when it goes out of the homing position and after that it fails to touch the metal part of the bed for few millimeters. It looks like if acceleration was too high at the start of the move. When it’s ok, print is successful so it’s just in the homing.
Could you reduce max acceleration in firmware when machine is near homing ?

Hi,

Thank you for your suggestion, but the printer tends to miss the calibration square and the nozzle touches the perforated plate next to it instead, right? In such a case, I would suggest performing the axes maintenance. Most of all - lubricate the rods. The extruder might have difficulties with moving along the axes, causing the nozzle to miss the calibration square.

Best regards,
Karolina
