M300 plus making screeching noise while printing

This video should describe the noise better than words:

I don’t know where the noise is generated.
I first thought it was the extruder motor slipping, but I’m not sure anymore.

My M200+ exdruder motor makes a noise at the 1st layer of the raft when the nozzle is riding too close to the bed.
With the M300+, it’s happening over several slayers and the noise is different.

Please advise.
