M300plus nozzle type

Hi to all,
my name is Simone, I live in Italy, and recently I bought a M300plus.
I see that there is few nozzle on the market. For example I would like to try to print with Basf PP CF15, but I don’t found an 0,6 mm hardened steel nozzle, only Brazzl 0,4mm… for example…
Can you share some shop in Europe where I can find it?
Can I use a nozzle for another printer?
Many thanks to all,
best regards,
Simone.

Hi, you can find the nozzle for m300 plus in Zortrax Store Spare Parts. If you have any trouble you can use Prima 3D store. Generally I bought there some nozzles.

Hello
You can safely use other hardened nozzles with an M6 thread; they will fit without any issues. Just remember to perform auto-calibration (for a metal bed) or manual calibration (for a glass bed) before you start printing with that nozzle to avoid damaging the platform. After these steps, you can confidently print with a 0.6mm nozzle and remember to increase temperature minimum 20 degrees with hard steel nozzle
Best regards Simon.

Would you mind share some examples of nozzles? Thanks

I think you have to pay attention on how nozzle fit extruder because part of the metal tube from extruder enters into nozzle. Not a full depth as on old M200/M300 but partially

extruder

Many thanks to all.
I bought some brozzl nozzle and works very well.
Another question, tipically which is the nozzle life with PLA or ABS or PETG (all without CF)?

For these materials, if you are transitioning between materials correctly, then in my experience, the nozzle lasts about 500 hours, while the entire hotend lasts around 1000–1500 hours. It can be regenerated
