Need a Cleaner Print & Print Text won't Appear

So I need advice on having a cleaner print on this 3D print model, particularly on the little pie wedge tabs. I assume a minor adjustment with the fan setting should do, but what fan speed do you guys recommend? (I have the side covers and I'm printing with the ASA material). Also I'm not sure if its Z-Suite related or not, but I created this model in Fusion 360 and in the preview the text shows up in Z suite, but after slicing it the text disappears. Any ideas on this issue?

hello,

from my experience the Z-ASA material profile is not very good on this new M200 Plus (well bellow the standard M200). Try with Z-ABS if possible.

I don’t have the M200 Plus. I have the regular M200.

Generally, the lesser the layer thickness, the better the overall quality of a small model.

Is the text raised or concave? Either way, probably the height of the text is not enough and Z-SUITE ignores it because of the dimension.

Pass me the stl, so I could tell something more about that.

Also, I noticed the lettering is small, remember the nozzle diameter is 0.400 mm so if a letter like an "I" will not print if it is narrower than the 0.400 mm.

Many people do not consider that the smallest width of any feature must be larger than the diameter of the extruded plastic, generally 0.400 mm.

That was the problem! Thank you!
