is "DEVIL DESIGN ABS+"   similar to Z-ULTRAT?  or more towards Z-ABS?.  Just asking because it seems like a cheaper option for me.

I am not sure what + stands for. I print it on external ABS profile on 245°C. It is cheap and quality filament, I get a spool for 10.5€ VAT excluded.
