New z suite - using more filament on model?

Hi,

I've printing the exact same model with a different z-suite and it's using more filament than before (adding another 4+hours)

Cannot reproduce. On the ABS-based filament profile I get a minor difference, but not as obvious as the one you got on your model.

Could you send me both zcodex files?

hmmm... prefer not to give this model out...

Anyways it's a bit strange. it was from 2.7.0 to 2.7.3.
