Hi!

I guess you have an issue with connecting your device to a WIFI network.

  1. Make sure that the WIFI dongle is connected firmly - you will find it at the right side of the device, next to the display.
  2. Menu -> Settings -> WI-FI - check if it is on

If so, do you have any network listed there? Please launch a hotspot from your mobile and check if the printer is detecting it.
