Nozzle crash into the bed

Hello every Zortrax users.

I am new to 3D printing.
I brougth a second hand Zortrac m200 in 2024 with Z-sense et Z-temp. Its was working great. Last week I managed to unclogged my Hotend, thank to the very good maintenance tutorial.
However I get a recurrent error#033 during the calibration step on the left down corner when i tried to print a model.
It is very strange, because I do the calibration procedure (in “maintenance”) its ran flawlessly.

I tried to follow the troubleshooting to solve my issues, but most of the steps are useless in my case, because my printer have a Z-sense and Z-temp sensor.

Tormorrow, I will put my hand on a voltmeter to test all the relevant voltage.
I will put the results here.
Have a good day/nigth.

Hello Zortrax Users,

This morning my objective was to run the printer without the heating bed to see if the problem come from this part.

  • Slice my model with the be temperature at 0 °C in the slicer. I use Cura (and a g-code to z-code converter. I am on linux) => The bed was quite hot as usual and i got the #033 ! No sucess

  • I tried to unplug the small plug in the Z-sense/Z-temp card => the printer detected the problem at launching. No sucess !

  • I tried to unplug the big plug on the bed => the printer detected the problem at launching. No sucess !

  • Because I was desperate with no more ideas. I tried to unplug both => No sucess as the printer detected that the little plug was unplug.

Hard time. I will keep you in touch.

Hi again,

I am trying to dig more deeply into my first No_Sucess try to work without the bed heating function.

I asked somebody with a windows PC to make from the Zsuite, a benchy without heating the bed…

Sucess ! My m200 is able to print without heating the bed and without the 033 error !

My next objective is to make the same benchy file with Zsuite with bed heating.
If the printer throw me the same error, it means that I have a hardware problem.
If the printer is able to make the print without error, it means that I have a software error…
