Options for printing an air tight gasket?

I see Z-Flex is coming, but wanted to know if there is a filament I could use to print a gasket.

Printing anything to be air or water-tight is not very easy unless you do some post-processing to it.

Can you recommend a post processing step to improve the air seal on a ABS part, or between connected parts.

Sand or file surfaces flat and use Acetone to help seal the surface.

i have done tests and the best solution to have airtigh pieces is to use acetone

I suggest printing an o-ring groove and then you can buy 10 feet of cord-stock from Amazon or eBay and make an o-ring using Cyanoacrylate and accelerator.
