Perfect circle

im printing a part i've done in rhinoceros. a very simple part with serverals holes.

i generate the code and the result show perfectly.

but when i print i see all circle and cylindrical parts show a step, are not a perfect circular loop.....more or less its half mm or more.

how i can fix that low precision?

i cant tight too much the bolts of the axix support becouse the step motors will have problem to move in rails if i tight too much the bolts......and if i do the the extruder block dont move much smooth, then spet loose steps.

You have to export your stl file in a higher resolution.

All solids surfaces in STL form are made of triangles so every cylinder wall is a collection of small flat planes made of 2 triangles, so no matter how high(small) you take the resolution they are always made of triangles and if you look close enough you will see these in your printed parts.

yes the file stl have good resolution and look perfect on 3d software i think i dont have 100% of axis precision, i think dont exist be a precedure for setup all mechanics parts with precision

Im pretty sure the  problem its not on the 3d model, but thanks this guide its very useful!!!  :)
