i started a long print (2 days 11 hours 55 minutes).
my zortrax m 200 printer stopped after 23%…
The platform shuts down an the printhead holds on in the middle. I can’t see the problem. Filament works.
While the printer stops the display is showing 23%…
I have no idea what happens. This is the second time where it stops.

I have more of these errors too. I tried one print with ''Mesh'' settings, maybe that has a bug. And funny enough the demo file on the SD card when you buy a Zortrax has an error, the carabiner won't even print the whole raft..
I don’t use mesh but the problem is nevertheless there.
Yes the demo file has an error. You can’t print it.
Now i format the sd card and start a new print. Maybe the sd card has a problem. I don’t know.
I hope there is someone from zortrax who can helps.

Remove and insert SD card into printer around 10 times pins can be oxidized. But if this happen again then contact with support http://support.zortrax.com/hc/en-us then we will replace your LCD panel into new.

Martin, I've mentioned this to you before, but I haven't actually come across a card yet that will print the supplied demo files.
I believe that some problems might be from oxidisation, but surely not every card. It might be worth checking.

Martin, I've mentioned this to you before, but I haven't actually come across a card yet that will print the supplied demo files.
I believe that some problems might be from oxidisation, but surely not every card. It might be worth checking.
It was batch of cards programmed with damaged .zcode demo files, it is fixed now.

The second bigger problem now is that the printer makes now terrrible loud noises. Something is wrong with the machine. maybe motor or bearings. i don't know.
