Printing with conductive material

Hi,

I am trying to print from a conductive material and I have a problem with the calibration that is done automatically before printing.

During calibration a piece of filament always sticks out of the nozzle. Since in this case the filament is conductive, this causes the printer to sense the contact between nozzle and table incorrectly, so that the first layer prints in the air.

I tried to remove this filament during calibration, but was unable to get it out completely.

Do you have any idea how to avoid this problem? Is it possible to disable calibration before printing - to do it earlier, before loading the filament?

any ideas?

Thanks for your help
Marek

No it’s not possible.
One trick could be disconnect zmotor and pull filament a little just to make calibration, then push filament again and connect motor
