Prints' sides have wavy texture

Hi,

I’ve run into a peculiar issue where most (but not all) sides of my prints get a wavy texture while supports are smooth. When it comes to Z-Suite settings or STL generation settings nothing has changed over the years. As a matter of fact one of the STLs has been downloaded from the web.
I’m also generating STLs exactly the same way to print on a different manufacturer’s 3D printer and they print well.
